Building on the success of the Future Jobs Fund (2010/11), our CCK internship programme launches, attracting over 350 applicants. We test drive it with five interns and are soon commended on the "platinum standard" of the programme. Our interns work as they choose, when they choose, and on whatever they choose, while also benefiting from a solid structure and supervision throughout. We ensure that 20% of internship time is spent directly on the interns' personal development, and we match it in mentoring time. With it all working out as well as it does, we continue to offer a small number of focused high-impact/full-involvement placements, advertised through our Opportunities section, as well as on the main graduate websites.
