Coffee, Cake & Kink is about three good things in life (no prizes for guessing what good things those are!) It is not about just coffee, simply the cake or naughtiness only, it is about the combination of them all. It was born out of passion and is our mission in life. Coffee, Cake & Kink is a lifestyle and you are invited to enjoy it with us.

When you join our team we want to give you something to believe in, celebrate and love.

We ask all wishing to join us why they would like to come on board with Coffee, Cake & Kink as oppossed to any other organisation - we found this to be a rather wonderful way of inspiring due thought and consideration.

Please note that you are likely to come in contact with erotic or educational materials during your time with us, and should not consider applying if this offends you or causes you any difficulty.

Internships and vacancies are advertised in the Opportunities section, or through our newsletter - volunteers and contributors are welcome at any time :)

There is just one of us, and we can only provide a small number of postions and high-impact internships. That's to add to the usual considerations of organisational match, team work and quality. To ensure you work with a great team, we must ensure you are a great one to work with!

Prospective interns can apply speculatively at any time to CCK by sending a CV and a covering letter to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

All applications will be processed in line with our standard 3-stage selection process, which includes completion of a Taster Task (to give you a flavour of what the internship may entail, as well as provide opportunities to show off their skills and talents).

For paid positions, please apply only with reference to specific roles, as advertised. Speculative applications will not be considered - there is no point in doing so, if nothing is available at the time.

Alternatively, if you are looking for experience or to give something to the community, why not consider our internships or volunteering?
