Leanne is a recent Media and Communications graduate from Goldsmiths and joined CCK as their Journalism and Editorial Intern in March 2012. She has a keen interest in baking, and enjoys making people's days slightly better with a triple chocolate brownie or a margarita cupcake. She has been known to devour books in one sitting, but also has an interest in film and an appreciation for independent and world cinema. Socially, she enjoys challenging unsuspecting club goers to dance-offs (she usually wins).

CCK seemed like a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills in an interesting and alternative environment. It was much more appealing than traditional internships!What were you doing before you joined us?
I was working in fashion retail as an administrator after graduating from university, and am still currently working whilst being involved in the internship scheme.What's your favourite way to wake up and what's the first thing you do?
Waking up naturally on a day off, sun streaming through the curtains and knowing I don't have anywhere to be. I stretch, remember I don't need to get up and stay in bed for a bit longer.What's your favourite thing to do on a Saturday night?
Spending the night out with friends, taking ages to get ready to 90s music and then drink loads of cocktails and dance like no ones watching.What are you reading right now?
I am re-reading one of my favourite books, Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier.What was the last thing you ate that you really shouldn't?
An obscene amount of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.What is stashed under your bed/mattress?
