Welcome to our delivery page, we pride ourselves for being as straight forward as we can with our deliveries. We offer free 1st class delivery on all UK orders if you spend over £25. otherwise £2.99 and aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri the same day.

UK

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days from dispatch): £2.99 Free if you spend over £25
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day: £5.99

Europe

  • Airmail (approx 4-8 working days): Cost subject to weight*
  • International Signed-For: £4.50 (this is an optional additional service)

USA and Rest of World (including USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and any other non-european country)

  • Airmail (approx 5-15 working days): Cost subject to weight*
  • International Signed-For: £4.50 (this is an optional additional service)

* The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed.

UK

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days from item being dispatched): Free if you spend over £25 otherwise £2.99 (signature not required upon receipt, no tracking facility)
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day: £5.99. Available for delivery Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) (signature required upon receipt)

Important information for UK Special Delivery Next Day:

  • Please place your order before 3.00pm for same day dispatch.
  • You should receive your order by 1pm the following day.
  • Requires signature upon receipt - please send to an address where somebody will be available to sign for the package.
  • If nobody is available to sign for the package, the postman will leave a card with either details of where he has left the package, or instructions on how to collect your parcel from the depot.
  • Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm is not available to certain postcodes – please click here to view these postcodes.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, you will only pay one delivery charge.

EUROPE

  • Royal Mail Airmail (approx 4-8 working days): Cost subject to weight* (signature not required upon receipt, no tracking facility).
  • Royal Mail International Signed-For: £4.50 (this is an optional additional service – see below for more info) (signature required upon receipt).

USA and Rest of World (including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and any other non-european country)

  • Royal Mail Airmail (approx 5-15 working days): Cost subject to weight* (signature not required upon receipt, no tracking facility).
  • Royal Mail International Signed-For: £4.50 (this is an optional additional service – see below for more info) (signature required upon receipt).

Important information for outside the UK

  • The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed.
  • You also have the option to add the International Signed-For service for £4.50 – this is a more secure priority handling service. Customers that have had problems with their postal service are advised to choose this additional option. The International Signed-For service has a tracking facility. A signature is required upon receipt. If you choose the International Signed-For Service the total charge will be £4.50 plus the Airmail shipping charge.
  • Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
  • Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information, click here to see Royal Mail guide lines that we follow when sending items outside the UK, we do presume that all items are gifts and are therefore marked as gifts on the customs form that we complete.

If you have not received your order within these time frames please contact us: as items do occasionally get lost in the post. We will then arrange a reshipment.
