Refunds & Returns

If you cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched we will give you a full no-questions-asked refund within 3 working days of your cancelation.

When you have returned the item(s) purchased from the CCK shop you are eligible for a refund for the value of the goods returned, subject to our returns policy:

If you are returning faulty goods, we will refund your postage as well as the value of the goods as long as you have followed the above return procedure.
We may have to deduct from your refund any customs charges and/or postal charges if the returns procedure has not been followed or adequate postage has not been provided.
We cannot unfortunately give refunds on the returned goods that damaged in transit - you will need to seek compensation from the postal service/courier service used to return the goods. Likewise, please ensure your return is fully traceable as we cannot refund/exchange the goods that don't actually reach us (we recommend you use insured/recorded post and keep the proof of postage safe).
We also cannot be responsible for, and will not be liable for, your return goods being withheld by customs authorities, as per our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will be made using the method of payment originally used for the purchase, within 14 business days of us receiving your return.

You will be notified via email or phone of your refund.


  1. Most items can be returned there are, however, some common sense restrictions (please see the table below).
  2. All products must be returned in a new, resellable condition with original packaging and accessorie. Damaged, marked or stained goods cannot be returned.
  3. All products must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. The decisive date is the date on your proof of postage - please keep it safe. 
  4. CCK is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
  5. CCK will replace any defective item with an identical one whenever possible. 
  6. If the item you bought is obsolete or irreplaceble you will be offered an exchange option, a credit note or a refund.

Custom-made items (as they have been made exclusively for you and cannot be resold to other customers)

If you wish to return a product, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Please ensure the goods you wish to return are returnable (feel free to call us if you are not sure!).
  2. Please let us know why you are returning the item.
  3. Pack the items into the (appropriately re-labelled) original packaging, best suited for this particular kind of goods. Should this prove impossible e.g. to it being damaged, please follow our packaging guidelines.
  4. If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark clearly on the packaging and the customs declaration that you are returning the goods to the retailer /manufacturer. This should normally help to ensure further custom charges are not incurred. If you fail to do that and we incure custom charges on return goods, we reserve the right to deduce them from the refund due to you.

It is better to pack an item better than necessary than risk it will arrive damaged! You need a higher standard of packaging and sealing when returning items from abroad (from outside the UK) than you do for domestic returns. Any compensation you may seek from your post office/courier service can also be withheld or reduced due to inadequate packaging. It is often necessary to obtain proof of posting, adequate addressing and packaging to qualify for compensation for lost or damaged goods.
